These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 877jl ("877jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 877jl website located at 877jl.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

3.1 Registration

877jl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 877jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 877jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where liability cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

877jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player's account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
